How AgentWorks Group LLC handles website enquiries and business operations.

Information submitted
When you email AgentWorks, we receive your contact details and the information you include. We use this correspondence to respond, assess fit and discuss potential work. Keep initial enquiries to high-level requirements, skills or source overviews. An enquiry does not grant a license, authorize an introduction or create employment.
If an enquiry form is available, submitting it sends your contact details and answers to AgentWorks and stores them in the private operations database for review. Forms do not accept file uploads.
Retention and your requests
Stored website-form enquiries are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission. Email correspondence and other business records are reviewed separately against the purpose of the conversation, the relevant contract and legal obligations. To request access, correction or earlier deletion, contact info@agentworksgroup.com. We may need to verify your request and retain legally required records. Deleted database records may remain in provider recovery history until that history expires.
Providers and security
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes connection and security information. Google Workspace handles business email. When website forms are enabled, Cloudflare also stores form enquiries and provides Turnstile bot protection. Private operations, when enabled, use Cloudflare Access and the selected identity provider for authentication. These providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell enquiry information or automatically forward it to potential buyers or recruiting platforms.
Website behavior
Our code adds no advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Where forms or private sign-in are enabled, Turnstile and authentication may use technical browser storage or cookies to protect those interactions. Do not submit private datasets, personal records, credentials or confidential employer/client material through an initial enquiry.
Operational records
When private operations are enabled, the workspace holds sales, project, contributor, rights and financial metadata and links to approved external tools. It records administrative changes without storing passwords or full request bodies in the activity log. Access to linked files is controlled by their storage provider.
