Security and delivery
Agree the rights, access and handling requirements for your project before sharing customer material.
Before sharing material
The project agreement defines source rights, permitted uses, confidentiality and retention. Controlled defense material and confidential third-party records require a separately authorized and suitably secured engagement.
Access and handling
Agree who may access the material, which tools and subprocessors may be used, and where files may be stored. Confirm any required security approvals before work begins. Private files belong in the approved project workspace; send only a high-level overview in an initial enquiry.
Independent review
Independent review checks the deliverable against its agreed criteria. Review findings, disagreements, corrections and known limitations accompany the delivery.
Training and held-out evaluation
Keep private evaluation cases and answers separate from training products. Agree access, reuse and disclosure rules for the engagement before sharing evaluation material.
