When this fits

Your team needs to understand where a model or workflow fails before making a release or investment decision.

  • Evaluate a defined capability or realistic workflow.
  • Compare model or system versions against the same agreed criteria.
  • Plan a repeat suite around a later release or documented failure pattern.

What you receive

  • A versioned held-out test pack with documented source boundaries.
  • A task-specific rubric and independent grading records.
  • A failure taxonomy and disagreement analysis.
  • Reproduction instructions and a report of the observed results.
  • Sample size, uncertainty and known limitations.

How we check it

  1. Keep held-out cases and answers separate from training material.
  2. Use independent grading, blind reviewers where practical and resolve scoring disagreements.
  3. Report only conclusions supported by the sample, method and observed behavior.

Scope, acceptance criteria, review deadline and included corrections are agreed before work begins.
